The link you provided really has nothing to do with Homeland Security, despite their web address, and the “Warning to Jewish Centers” is a just a vague, general warning that terrorists may strike around the world and perhaps in North America. This seems to contradict the warning being discussed here.
I always assume everyone here is familiar with that site, they have had good analysis in the past.
