Let me get this straight. She knows which buildings could be targeted...and she knows that the Israeli attacks are accurate enough that if she avoids those buildings she’ll be ok.............

I dont believe the 20m story. Thats well within the blast radius of even small bombs. You're right. Typical "journalist." Telling lies and embellishing things to make the story about him.
If a bomb hits within 20m of you, it's going to do a lot more than just rattle you.
