Let me get this straight. She knows which buildings could be targeted...and she knows that the Israeli attacks are accurate enough that if she avoids those buildings she’ll be ok.............

I don’t believe the 20m story. Thats well within the blast radius of even small bombs. You're right. Typical "journalist." Telling lies and embellishing things to make the story about him.
If a bomb hits within 20m of you, it's going to do a lot more than just rattle you.
