Without honesty in science, we are screwed, IMHO. Lindzen documents the biggest fraud since Piltdown Man. It's about 21 pdf pages of argument. The rest is appendices and references. It's the proverbial MUST READ!
It would seem that the author of this peice kinda scratches at the the surface of reality, since I have no doubt about how thing are in the real wold, I pray for that guy and his family!

Science starts with hypothesis, and only then studies facts. The purpose of the fact study is hypothesis testing.
No global warmer can state the null (first) hypothesis, because there is none.

Climate “Science” is an oxymoron, populated with moronic believers. There are plenty of scientists who know something about some of the mechanisms, but there is no theory which can be used to accurately predict the climate 100 yr down the road.
Climate science today is in the same position as scientific inquiry was in the Middle Ages when the Church declared that Aristotle had answered all the questions of nature and that to believe otherwise was heresy to be dealt with by the Inquisition. The analogy between carbon credit trading and the selling of indulgences is also unavoidable.
One could also ask the same question of education science.
When you encounter those who believe in global warming but are not “believers” I find there is an even easier way to sway them. Instead of the reasoned scientific arguments or political discussion I educate them on the fact that Al Gore owns a company that sells carbon credits, which means he is profiting from the hysteria he helps create.
People may not understand much, but they do understand money and greed. And once they find out someone is getting rich of of something they start to question their motives.
