Did Operation Chaos Elect Obama?
American Spectator ^ | 12.12.08 @ 9:46AM | By Philip Klein

Obama campaign manager David Plouffe reflects in an interview: "We went through as rigorous a primary as we've ever seen in our country's history, I think, and there's no doubt that made us a stronger general election candidate. A lot of our dirty laundry was aired, and we had practice in testing a campaign...because we had been through 54 primaries and caucuses, and run the gauntlet. McCain hadn't done that."

The election of BHO showed me that the collective IQ of the American electorate is somewhere in the low 80s, i.e. functional retardation. They don’t drool (much) and don’t poop in their pants (too often) but they can be reliably depended upon to execute specific instructions, such as how to vote.

Obama won because the RNC interfered with the normal primary process and manipulated a weakwishywashy candidate into the “win” position.

If the RNC had allowed the people to choose the Republican Candidate, then the outcome may have been significantly different.

And here Duncan is trying to squish Palin well ahead of 2012 despite the fact that she is the clear frontrunner. Will they never learn???? Or are they Dem moles?

No, uninformed, uneducated voters elected Barak Houssein Obama - silly question.

I’ve often wondered where That Man went over the past seven years since.....

I've often wondered if he didn't fall off the wagon. He sure acts like a guy who might be drinking again.

I’ve concluded he fell back on his experience in baseball, believe it or not.

In hindsight, the two years from his second Inauguration til the day after the 06 midterm butt kicking, Bush played ‘not to lose’, basically ‘sitting on a lead’.

It wasn’t till he watched his party lose both the House and Senate in one election cycle that he ‘made a change’.

I think after getting his political head handed to him on Social Security Reform, he simply lost the will to ‘fight’ and it cost his administration and the GOP dearly.

Amazes me. He had sooo much potential to get it right and indications after 9/11 seemed to bear this out. Not sure if his “loyal” advisers let him down or what, but he seemed to shrink into the background.

He seemed to be an administrative manager rather than a leader. He was a very effective manager, but he flunked in the area of leadership and didn’t seem interested in working to become a better leader.

Yes, I agree, he protected us these past many years, but it also seemed like everything else crumbled.

None of Barack's dirty laundry was aired in the primary, and it was whitewashed in the general. It is true McCain got a pass in the primaries.

Never has the media done so much to (intentionally) reveal so little as in this past election season.

Even though it’s Wikipedia, it’s fairly accurate.

It’s the economy, stupid...”

Correct.
And McCain's ham handed, confused, pathetic response to the financial crisis, ending with his vote for that bailout.
McCain elected Obama.

Insightful analysis.
The earlier McCain is sent to pasture, the better for the Republican Party

It wasn’t OUR Operation Chaos that got Obama elected. It was theirs in the financial sector.

Operation Chaos succeeded in defeating Hillary. That was the goal.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

What parallel universe do you live in? Operation chaos encouraged Republicans to cross over and vote FOR Hillary in the democratic primaries. It had nothing to do with defeating Hillary.

America no longer enjoys a "loyal opposition". The democrats were a bitter and vengeful lot that crushed Bush at every turn.

How I loath the ancient truth of Pogo; "We have discovered the enemy and he is us."
