When it comes to sex, tech and teens don't make the best bedfellows. As tech-savvy teens become increasingly fluent with new technology, from social networking sites to tricked-out new cell phones, research finds the negative consequences stacking up.
According to the results of a survey released today by the National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy and CosmoGirl.com, 22 percent of all teen girls — and 11 percent of teen girls ages 13-16 years old — say they have electronically sent, or posted online, nude or semi-nude images of themselves.
And these racy images are also getting passed around: One-third (33 percent) of teen boys and one-quarter (25 percent) of teen girls say they have had nude/semi-nude images — originally meant to be private — shared with them.

I had a hard drive fail. I sent it to a recovery firm, and they can recover nearly anything. I can only imagine the feds have a lot more power.
That said, I will never let a hard drive leave my possession again.

So how about taking out the disc, and melting it?
Destroy the disk and you are protected.
A few thoughts: First, I said nudity, not barely dressed. Second, there is a lot of man made material there, who knows what she would look like if not for her cosmetic surgeon(s). Third, I’m a “results guy” so, I really don’t care how they got there, I’m just glad they are there.
If you’d just listen to me ... children can’t do anything if you apply enough duct tape to them.

One of my sons (a senior at a public HS) came home the other day and told us the girl sitting in front of him had took a bunch of naked pic’s on her cell phone and showed them to him. He told her she would have a great career as a whore when she graduated. I was proud of him for that, kinda surprised me.
I had a dog that could snap 3/8ths inch steel chain. A bungee cord fixed that. ;^)
Disturbing. But, when our elected officials begin sharing nude photos of each other, then I’ll worry.
In fifteen years I have witnessed the evaporation of the concepts of shame, modesty, and basic manners.
You don’t need to be a teacher to know this or see this. Take a stroll through your local shopping mall. I was no teen angel, but I never swore in front of adults (and their kids!).
