Just one question, is there a difference between a “deputy governor” and the Lt. governor? His exact words were “...it’s at the office of deputy governor, uh, uh, a deputy governor...”

He may come from a state that has a deputy gov and is used to saying it that way.

No, I think it’s the same thing. He came from NY, so maybe they call it deputy gov out there.
