Quinn is a goofball, windmill-jousting Greenie who backflipped his way into the Lt. Gov. spot. He’ll be so inept trying to manage the governor’s office that we’ll be wishing for Blago’s return before it’s all over. That’s how utterly messed up Illinois politics are.
