Here in plain English is the
Kenyan Ambassador saying that Obama is born in Kenya. You seem to be keeping up with this issue. Do you know if it is true that Obama said on his website that he was a “citizen under the 14th Amendment”?

Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4,1982.”
This issue is 100% an issue of whether or not a part of the Constitution is ruled as being irrelevant or not.
It may be fine for some to sit back and act like they know that we will never win this arugument but they are only then helping the cause of destroying the rule of law, imo.
People here who do care about the rule of law and having the Constitution mean something had better get up and fight on this issue.
