With protesters gathering and praying on the front steps, the U.S. Supreme Court met in conference today to discuss whether or not to hear a case challenging Barack Obama's eligibility to be president.
"Obama was born a dual citizen," protester Roger Bredow told the Washington, D.C., local events blog, DCist. "British, and a citizen of the United States, at birth."
According to Bredow and the case the Supreme Court reviewed today dual citizenship makes Obama ineligible to take the oath of office.

If the supremes back away, Beatle Bailey is released from his oath Tues. as are all other oath takers. Let sarge worry about it. Oaths mean nothing.
Exactly. They want you to believe that he just entered the world as a dual citizen, and that is BS. He either was born in Kenya (my personal guess) and acquired citizenship of the UKC upon birth or, if he actually was born in Hawaii, his father would have then had to register his birth at a UK Consulate within 12 months of his birth. Either way, it wasn't some act of UK exerting its sovereignty over 0 without him having any say in the matter.
If they didn’t have something to hide, they could make this whole issue go away real easy. Has to give one pause for doubt.
I disagree with the statement: “Obama was born a dual citizen.”
More to the point: he was born either a US Citizen or a British Subject.
By virtue of the FACT that Obama Sr. was a British Subject, Obama Jr. WAS THEREFORE BORN A BRITISH SUBJECT.
