An “FCC memo” would be seen by many people, among which at least one would come forward to spill the beans, whether at FCC or the large number media outlets. This is incredible on its face, which is not to say there is no controversy here.

I agree... what would be better for the careers of Rush, Hannity, et all: caving to an FCC threat, or exposing that threat to the harsh glare of intense media coverage?
Also, I can see a few conservative talkers going along with this hypothetical memorandum, but Rush? Laura Ingraham? Never.
Yes he is a Trojan horse. If it is correct he is not eligible to serve, think of this:
He has been getting the highest level security briefings possible. His picks for cabinet and white house staff are also getting briefs. His picks come from everywhere, including anti-American groups like La Raza. If he is not eligible, these people have all been given very high security information before they even assume their roles in government.
Do you think they may be tempted to sell that information to a foreign government if Obama is demonstrated to be ineligible? I am sure the CHINESE would gladly pay enormous bribes to them. Do you think they may use that information to further harm the US (more than the attempts to end run around the Constitution with an ineligible candidate)?
There is no such thing as ‘office of the president elect’, but it is being treated as the presidency already.

We cannot blame everything on the deceptive Deity-elect or the manipulative left stream media.
There was plenty of information about BHO long before November 4 regarding his close associations with Rev.Wright, Bill Ayers and his own radical left voting record along with his career as a Saul Alinsky-trained community agitator as well as his Muslim upbringing in Indonesia.
The voters just didn’t want to hear about it. And they bear the brunt of the responsibility for this lack of due diligence and abrogration of civic responsibility.
My God, why not just turn the country over to Bill Ayers and Bin-Laden?
