Pakistan belies its professions of peace and co-existence by allowing terrorist groups to operate from its soil. It cannot ask India for dialogue and friendship when its intelligence service dispatches its proxies to wage war upon a neighboring country. A country in the service of jihad is not a country that is committed to peace with others.
