That’s probably his Kenyan step-grandmother (the one on tape saying he was born there) and it looks to be about 20 years before 2004. That is not a 43 year old man.
I finally looked certiorari up and the definition is:
“noun a writ to call up the records of a lower court for consideration in the High Court of Justice.”
That doesn’t seem very promising when you consider that no court, lower or upper, has yet given any consideration at all to the substance of the case, just technical points.

Wasn’t saying i was going to accept him. I can’t accept the entire government socialist machine any longer. Our country is lost. Idiots elected all of these people, and if they people they elect aren’t going to follow the rules, particularly the Constitution, then screw them. I will always be responsible, but as far as complying with every government request from me to produce money and paperwork, forget it.

You may be right that he hasn’t verbalized that he was born in Hawaii...but doesn’t the fact that he allowed one of the first anti-smear pieces of web content on his “fight the smears” site to be the COLB indicate that he knew this was coming? Honestly, before he posted it, I wasn’t aware there was a possibility he wasn’t qualified to be president.
He has promoted that site as a counter attack to the many smears, so I would gather from that he endorses the claims contained within that site. Certainly the site is an official Obama property and he should be responsible for it.
Finally, by virtue of the fact he’s running, he must be making a claim that he meets all qualifications. As a Harvard law grad, I am certain he has read the constitution, though judging by some of his policies you might question his comprehension.
I’ll say it again, I hope this is successful. We can lament the lack of journalistic follow through, but where is the McCain campaign in this? Where are their opposition research guys and what did they find? I wonder if they HAD found something indicating Obama wasn’t qualified to be POTUS, whether or not McCain would have the guts to use it.
The SCOTUS has GOT to address this in one way or another. As the lawsuits pile up and wend their way to their venue, this has got to be unprecedented in volume for a single topic. Anyone know about that?
I am only half sarcastic. The grim reality is that violations of the Constitution are so commonplace (War on Drugs, War on Guns, surveillance society, the Kelo decision, civil asset forfeiture, NEA, HUD, DHS, Fannie and Freddie (and their nationalization) etc. ad nauseum) these days that it’s hard to see why yet another violation, namely, the election of a non-natural-born citizen would be any big deal. It’s not that I don’t care about the Constitution, it’s that I accurately perceive that a majority of voters and their duly elected representatives don’t care about it. It gets in their way more than anything.

In the ensuing public conversation, I asked Ms. Obama specifically, “Were you present when your grandson Barack Obama was born in Kenya?” this was asked to her in translation twice, and both times she specifically replied, “Yes! Yes she was! She was present when Obama was born.” Though, some few younger relatives, including Mr. Ogombe, have obviously been versed to counter such facts with the common purported information from the American news media that Obama was born in Hawaii, Ms. Sarah Hussein Obama was very adamant that her grandson, Senator Barack Hussein Obama, was born in Kenya, and that she was present and witnessed his birth in Kenya, not the United States...But during the conversation, Ms. Sarah Hussein Obama never changed her reply that she was in deed present when Senator Barack Obama was born in Kenya.
That's funny. When you listen to the actual conversation, it goes slightly differently than Mr. McRae paints it:

Ron McRae: Amen. I am so thankful. Could I ask her, uh, about his, uh, his actual birthplace? I would like to see hi actual birthplace when I, when I come to Kenya in December. Uh, was she present when he was, was she present when he was born in Kenya?
Ogombe to Sarah Obama: Alikuma zalima Obama [unintelligible].
Kweli Shuhudia: He is asking her, he wants to know something was ah she present when he was born?
Ogombe: Yes. She says, "Yes she was. She was present when Obama was born."
McRae: Okay, when I come in December. I would like to come by the place, the hospital, where he was born. Could you tell me where he was born? Was he born in Mombasa?
Ogombe: No, Obama was not born in Mombasa. He was born in America.
McRae: Whereabouts was he born? I thought he was born in Kenya.
Ogombe: No, he was born in America, not in Mombasa.
McRae: Okay. Do you know whereabouts he was born? Do you know where he was born? I thought he was born in Kenya. I was going to go by and see where he was born.
Ogombe: Hawaii. Hawaii. Sir, she says he was born in Hawaii.
McRae: Okay.
Ogombe: In the state of Hawaii, where his father was also learning, there. The state of Hawaii...

And so on. I'm not entirely sure how Mr. McRae looks at a transcript where Sarah Obama spends three minutes straight repeatedly insisting that her grandson was born in Hawaii, and somehow turns that into "Ms. Sarah Hussein Obama was very adamant that her grandson, Senator Barack Hussein Obama, was born in Kenya."
Now, if you go over to Philip Berg's website, you'll notice that today he posted a video, with transcript, of McRae's conversation with Sarah Obama. You'll also notice that it's a video of a conversation that's almost a full three minutes shorter than the conversation YouTube video I linked to above.
Care to guess the exact spot where Mr. Berg chooses to cut off the audio of the conversation and the transcript?
