We are in denial about the enemy. A lot more people will die before we summon the will to fight back. Like you, I've been saying this since Pres. Bush called Islam the "Religion of Peace"(TM) but until people find their brains and decide to fight this scourge we just have to hunker down, watch each other's back and keep on keeping on.
And that's it in a nutshell, the will to fight back, we have LOST OUR WILL. Amazing.
