Ah, but which parties will he be speaking to? Certainly not those responsible for these reprehensible attacks. Obamasiah must know that the terrorists will not listen to any calls for restraint. Thus, if he makes such a statement, he will be doing nothing more than playing into the hands of the terrorists, and knowingly at that.
