we got the marriage ban passed with over 62 to their 30 plus so I see no reason why we will not get an appeal and then let the supreme court deal with it plus we can get a constitutional amendment for this too.
the thing what bothers me is why do we go through all of this, getting signatures, to get it on the ballot, then get the vote hopefully passed where as they just go to a judge and get everything overturned
why are we not doing the same, surely there has to be a least one conservative judge we can go to instead of doing all the hard work everytime.
as for kids getting adopted it is wrong and I know as I grew up through the foster care system and I know what kids want.
One kid did get adopted, cut a long story short the boy killed himself because saw mother having homosexual play here and there.
He told a friend he grew up knowing he liked women but he was confused to what he really was now.’
I knew that kid before he went and he was perfectly normal
years of being with a homo messed with his head and shame on social services for being too PC
so with this ruling, surely it is now not law for homo’s to get their hands on kids?

If so then how the f$$$ can one judge just throw a law out and make a new law.?
I assume if it is law then there will be an appeal and let it go to the supreme court of FL where it is more conservative as is the legislature.

we go through all the hard work every time in every state to get the law sealed tight so why do liberals just get a judges to throw out laws and make new laws

This is obscene. We were founded as a Christian nation, but now society seems to be turning away from its roots. What ever happened to traditional family values? “Homosexuals” should be treated for their condition; their chosen way of life shouldn’t just be accommodated by the law in this way.
If I had my way I would make it law for them to seek mental hope as they need it.
They then would have no access to our children, no marriage, no access to our great military and judges who overstep their bounds like this boy girl one should be immediately fired.
Their agenda has seriously made this country go down to bits.

How this judge can do this is beyond me, she has just got rid of a law because she doesn’t agree with it.
It is time we start going to judges and doing this for our cause
just read that there is an appeal so hopefully the supreme court can throw her ruling out

Manc, congratulations on getting through that system. Not sure if this is typical, but in my County, at Children’s Services every single employee is a dyke, from the receptionist, to the social workers and case workers to the therapists. I believe there is one man in the whole building, a manager, of course he’s gay.
I was in a Training Program for those interested in becoming Foster Parents. There where about 30 of us, at least 10 were lesbian couples (some glaringly so, tattoos all over, etc). Then a mixture of old and young marrieds and a few single people, the guys straight, who were childless with plenty of money and a nice home and wanted to contribute to society. Many of even these people were clearly politically liberal.
One time during a break I mentioned something I’d seen on Fox News, and about half a dozen people gagged on their coffee, as if I was some sort of monster to actually watch Fox News! The teacher gave me a quick glance like “A-ha, got your number now.” From then I was a target of subtle insults and put-downs from the lesbos in the class.
I eventually dropped out, realizing even if I passed the requirements to be a Foster Mom, I could handle working with kids, but I could not deal with being subordinate to these folks at Child Welfare with their not-so-hidden agenda.

The children in Florida should be protected for the same reason that marriage is protected by the state. It is in the best interest of the state to produce well adjusted citizens who know how to behave in society. That is the basis for protecting families.
There is no way for a gay couple to raise children who know how to relate as society expects. A gay couple raising children can by example only teach a young male how to be a male who chases after other males or a male who pretends to be a female. Neither of these two types of males are what I would call men and neither of them are examples of how men are expected to behave in society. The young male placed with this coupling will not know how society expects them to act toward other men nor will they ever know how to relate to real women.
A young female raised by gays will never know how a real man should treat them. They will never know how to behave towards women nor will they know how to relate to men.
It is a similar situation for children in female same-sex couplings who want to raise children.
I saw an article put together by the French that explained this in real detail. They consulted their experts and used common sense to determine what is best for the child. Their government refused to allow gays to adopt. Yet you never hear the argument and reasoning they used made in the US press.
It has been proved scientifically that men are not women and women are not men. They are not interchangeable. Men are fathers and women are mothers. The way a child learns that is by living with men and women who are their fathers and mothers. In the case of raising a child, love does not conquer all. The expectation of a parent may be that they love their child, but their job is not only just to love them. Their job is to raise children to take their place in society and it is society's benefit to have well adjusted young men and women, young men and women who can relate to one another and behave properly. Anyone may be able to love a child, but not just anyone can teach them. They learn to become young men and young women from a father and a mother, not two males or two females.
When society starts thinking more about the rights of these children than the rights of the gays, maybe the courts will learn to back down.

You have to understand the difference between people (especially judges) of the two sides of the political dichotomy.
Those on the left try to attain the power necessary to change society, and use whatever position they attain (professor, teacher, journalist, judge) to change society to what they deem to be better.
On the right, we are “rule based”. The rules say X, a case comes up, judge it against the existing rule, and declare what the outcome is. If you don’t like the rules, work to get them changed WITHIN the system of rules.
Contrarily, on the left, they see a case or a situation, determine way ahead of time what they want the social outcome to be, and figure out a way to justify it, either within the rules, or just declaring the rules invalid.
I got through, know one child who committed suicide because of social services and my wife and I are thinking of adopting but what you tell me sounds like a nightmare.
They do not want the likes of me to adopt as I have a conservative view and it would be hard for me to stay quiet and let them give their agenda openly.
Karl Marx once said that the way for his view to take control of the world is not by force as that would never work it would have to be people who believe like him to get themselves into positions of power.
They have to work on the next generation and they most certainly are.
They got themselves into mental places as shrinks and gave their view that homo’s were normal and not mental cases as many of them are.
They have done that so not they push further and further with their agenda now they have the people in place
Teachers, judges, child services , lawyers etc
we now in the short term have to speak out, do not be quiet, do not let them silence us, tell friends family, co workers etc that they the homo’s have a problem a mental one, what they do to each other sexually and how they behave is not normal with society.
we are still a majority,
for the long term we have to get our children now in positions of power, replace these liberals from their judge, teacher, positions
If you go on homo websites they openly state that every homo has to be nice to neighbors , family, friends , people they have just met, they should travel
then when they are comfortable and have them where they want them they tell these people they are a homo and then tell them how they are just wanting to be happy, have a family and be accepted, basically making their new friends feel sorry for them
once they have been accepted they then push these new people into signing petitions, doing demo’s etc, while all the time getting the sympathy.
If no one believes me then just go on their websites and you can read it.
I have 3 children and now wish I had another 7 for the next generation, maybe it is time for us all to start adopting, having more children like the older days

I moved my wife down south because we wanted to raise our children a good traditional upbringing, and now these Boston based homo groups come down here and advance their agenda
