The footprint on the certificate might not be “Barack’s”.

2. In his lawsuit, Alan Keyes mentioned something I have not seen brought up before, that Hawaii issues birth certificate to people who were resident of Hawaii, EVEN IF the child was born outside of Hawaii, even in a foreign country (Hawaii revised statute 338-178)
I’m sure the birth certificate has embarassing information. Perhaps that other guy is really Obama’s father, and not Barack Obama Sr. He was known as Barry all through school; maybe his birth certificate says his given name is Barry, not Barack. There’s a lot of things like that we can all think of. Why not just release the darn thing and let this storm blow over, whatever it is he doesn’t want us to know.
Bill Clinton would never have been impeached if he had told the truth about Monica L. There would have been an uproar in the news, as happened anyway, but it would have blown over. Whatever is on Obama’s birth certificate will also blow over.
It’s not the underlying event, but the cover up that gets politicians in trouble.
"Natural" has nothing to do with "place", just of "status" and the "law".

The Naturalization Act signed by George Washington in 1795 says that both parents of the candidate running for President have to be Citizens of the U.S. and the candidate has to be born in the U.S.
Obama Sr. was a subject of the British crown and was not a U.S. Citizen. Even if Obama Jr. can prove that he was born in Hawaii, he does not qualify because Obama Sr. was born in Kenya....

Naturalization Act of 1795 signed by George Washington states that a child born out of the country from 2 parents who are U.S. citizens is a Citizen of the U.S. but not a Natural Born Citizen, which makes that child ineligible to become President. Mit Romney’s father had to withdraw from running for President because of this very law. He was born out of the U.S. even thugh both of his parents were U.S. citizens. How in the Hell Barack has gotten away with this for this long is beyond understanding

1952 The Immigration and Nationality Act of June 27, 1952, 66 Stat. 163, 235, 8 U.S. Code Section 1401 (b). (Section 301 of the Act).

"(1) a person born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof;
"(7) a person born outside the geographical limits of the United States and its outlying possessions of parents one of whom is an alien, and the other a citizen of the United States, who prior to the birth of such person, was physically present in the United States or its outlying possessions for a period or periods totaling not less than ten years, at least five of which were after attaining the age of fourteen years."
Obama's Mama was 18 years 8 months 6 days old when 0 was born. That means that the maximum time she could be a resident after the age of 14 was 4 years 8 months 6 days, so no matter what other circumstances there might be surrounding 0's birth, either he is a natural born citizen by virtue of being born in the US, or he is not a natural born citizen by virtue of being born outside the US - unless his father is not BHO Sr. and his actual father was a citizen. (DNA test, please.) There are only two types of citizens: naturalized and natural born. If you were a citizen at birth then you are natural born. If you were not a citizen at birth then you are a naturalized citizen (assuming you are a citizen and not an illegal immigrant, Barry). And Donofrio's attempt to create a third class of citizen (born a citizen but not natural born) won't fly. It has no Constitutional foundation.
Because the 1795 law has long been superceded by yet other “naturalization” acts.
Was that Act ever modified or repealed?
