So if in a non-emergency situation any vaccine makes aaaaaanyone sick, then that’s a guananteed lawsuit —probably thousands.
But if there’s a DIRE EMERGENCY, then a whole new set of rules kicks into place, kind of like for the military.....

Remember years back —was probably 2004— Chiron (or at least the branches in the UK) had huuuuge stockpiles of the flu vaccine that were contaminated? Remember? And allll kinds of old people couldn’t get the vaccine, cuz there were no US makers?
Yep! Cuz in the UK, you could not be sued, see? But in the US, you could. And the biz would not be profitable.
So this competely more exotic anti-Anthrax vaccine stuff in a non-emergency situation is a total non-starter, here in the USA, where Biotech central is.
