Look, if you guys want an amen chorus on this thread, that’s fine. I’ll shut up. But I live near a district that voted 98% Obama and I wrote an oped piece (which the paper published, to their credit) about the problem with a lack of intellectual and ideological diversity.
Think about it. Do you all really want to engage in an interesting discussion or do you want your beliefs repeated in an echo chamber? Having someone disagree with you makes you a more muscular debater. I know, because in my area, the liberals are pretty flabby talkers!
