British Prime Minister Gordon Brown and others in the European Union are advocating the creation of a global regulatory agency for financial oversight and "international transparency" for banking activities. He supports giving the IMF unprecedented authority for surveillance over transactions by borrowers and lenders.

Al-qaida's gonna have more banking privacy than we will.

They already do. Any member of a credit bureau can run a check on any of us. Try running a credit check or a background on AQ.

Don’t laugh...before its all said and done I fully expect the NWO and Al-queda to merge....they mutual interest is the unbridled quest for power.
