"But if she wants to run for president she's gonna have to get somebody to move to Anchorage, Alaska and help her take her game to another level," he said smiling. "Let's be clear about this ... it's really cold there most of the year."

Interesting comments by Mr. Rove. Is he saying not me?

I think it is the rest of the party that needs to improve their “game”.

Mr. Rove needs to find another party and another job. He called the presidential race at 11:00 oclock in the afternoon for Obama. Give me a break, He was the mastermnd of the pro-illegal alien strategy, he is no friend of Republics. He needs to give it up and get lost.

He is the PAST failure, we are moving FORWARD.

He is smug and arrogant.

I had to follow the link to find out who ‘Edwards’ is. I thought he had departed from the political scene...

Edwards said Palin's inexperience was too much for John McCain's campaign to overcome.

"The problem was, over time, particularly in the vice presidential debate ... it was fairly obvious she wasn't ready to be president, and that made people nervous," he said.

Sounds like the liberals (Rove and Edwards) fear Sarah and both are throwing bombs at her to continue the attempt to derail her future national aspirations. Very telling of the liberal RINOs.

Assuming Rove offered, then if Palin was smart she’d say “No thanks.” Roves strategy has worn thin. If Palin’s going to win she’s going to have to look at the successful Reagan campaigns for clues on how to win Democrats and independents over to a conservative agenda.

Rove was the real leader in GOP efforts to pander to the La Raza crowd. And it failed miserably - it took illegal immigration completely off the table in 2008 because both McCain and Obama were for amnesty, just as McCain voting for the bailout took Obama’s socialism off the table.

You know, given that Sarah lives in the capitol, which is JUNEAU, I don’t think Rove has thought this out real well....

Actually, he called the race for Obama more than a week before the election, and he was correct. (Actually, his Electoral College prediction was too conservative).

2000 and 2004 Rove brought Bush 2 terms.

2004 he lost Congress. Before 2008 he ran the Administration into ground and setup the debacle of last week.

I agree with the idea that Sarah needs to "raise her game". Not an insult to her, because it is monumentally clear that she has tremendous potential.

I'd like her to retain the qualities that she already has, but then ADD some, like a good knowledge of economics and foreign policy, and to add another "voice" to her repertoire, a more intellectual one, less folksy.

Rove is yesterday's news. If he was as great as they claim (or as he thinks he is) Bush would have won both elections by a much bigger margin, and his popularity ratings would have remained a lot higher.

His smuggness in implying that Palin would natually want him but he's not moving to Alaska is astounding.

When Bush goes out the door, Rove should go with him.

The illegal immigrant issue could have been HUGE for us in this election! If we had a closed border candidate we would have won in a landslide.

they agreed Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin needs to hone her knowledge of foreign policy and geography if she runs for president in 2012.

Rove said he didn't care if, as a vice presidential candidate, Palin knew where South Ossetia or Abkhazia are, or if she could recite the minutiae of health care policy.

The media won't let go of the "she doesn't know that Africa is a continent" hoax.

Sometimes I’m amazed at the stupidity of people like Rove, pandering to the La Raza crowd for example. You would think that they would look deeper into these Socialist/Communist based organizations. I’ve been dealing with those people since the 60s, they haven’t changed, leopard=spots come to mind here.

The friggin’ minorities (blacks/Hispanics) BELONG to the slave party and it’s NOT GOING TO CHANGE, forget it! This election proved that beyond comment.

Rove, by pandering to illegal immigrants, anti-American racist organizations (La Raza, etc.) has done much damage, I don’t know if we can regain ground it’s so serious. And yet they STILL talk about “reaching out”, enough of these people.

If America is so fired up about an Obama presidency, why is anyone even talking about Palin?

Has anyone else noticed that little things that could be seen as negative toward Obama are slowly being released from the mainstream media? What could this mean?
