First, we don't know if these guys are really conservative.

What need to happen before any of these doofusses are allowed to run is that we, conservative, lay out and identify conservative values. Then we see if any of these wannabees meet and agree with those values.

If they do, then they get our support. If they don't, then we don't support them.

Furthermore, if we help them get elected and they don't toe the mark, then we get them unelected.

Finally, it doesn't matter which party they belong, but if they believe in and take conservative values to congress. And most of all, they do not fall into the corruption trap that all the rest of them belong.

Well taxes up the wazoo are coming from all sides for California.

That might loosen up the grip here.

Charismatic party leaders are key too.

Boxer is up for re-election 2010.

No Romney as Romneycare in Mass is a disaster and during the Michigan primary he made too many big government promises.

No Huckabee as he’s not a conservative.

Palin will have to undertake some massive PR to remake her image.
