I'm not interested in any electronically sent COLB's. Like I pointed out, the Annenburg photos are photos of real paper documents that were, as far as we know, never sent electronically. They were created on a computer, printed, embossed, stamped by the notary, then folded. Possibly mailed, but we don't know.
We also don't know if the Hawaii did the creation, printing, embossing, and stamping or if a forger did, but there are no witnesses talking about embossing tools or rubber stamps that I am aware of.
