Even if it was true, it’s a meaningless technicality. His mother was American, he was brought up in America, (apart from a couple of years in Indonesia) and he’s lived in America most of his life. He is American, and he’s going to be your president for the next 4 years at least...

Doesn't look like it is a technicality anyway, under a 1934 statute, anyone born abroad to a citizen mother after May 24th 1934 who has previously resided in the US is an American citizen. Even if Ann Dunham was in Kenya when BO was born, he would have been a citizen at birth. But it probably doesn't apply anyway, without any substantive evidence to the contrary, Barak Obama was born in Hawaii and the idea that he was born in Kenya is nothing more than a conspiracy theory. Speaking of which: AS for the "next four years" bit, don't bet on it. Sounds like someone is going to be getting their door kicked in at 3AM by the Men in Black....
