I came to the decision NOT to promulgate these superficial comparisons because, if someone was comparing my facial features to Ted Bundy or John Wayne Gacy, I would not be too happy about it.
The "not exactly" was in reference to your "DATE ACCEPTED" VS "DATE FILED." All post 2003 COLBs use the former statement.
