There is plenty posted already. Annenburg's was photographed in March. Someone else posted a low res scanned version. I don't know if it was the same document or if Obama requested another copy (or 10 more copies).
There is also plenty of speculation (in the 6000 post thread I linked to above) that someone took a totally different COLB and forged Obama's name onto it. That could have produced the low res images at Kos or smears but that's not how the Annenburg docs originated.
Those were created on a computer, printed, then embossed, then stamped with notary rubber stamp. Then they were folded, perhaps mailed. Then someone at obama HQ displayed them to Annenburg who took pictures. But those were not photoshopped versions of someone else's COLB.
