Do I dare place next to it the picture of the Obamafools dancing around in front of the White House Tuesday night waving the flag of the Soviet Union? Or will that get me into trouble with my headmaster for corrupting the youth? What would Socrates do?

I am open and up-front with the kids . . . more so since Tuesday. We have an extreme socialist on the faculty, a history teacher, in the next building over. I tell the kids that his classroom is the left wing of the campus, and from now on they can consider my classroom to be the right wing.

I’d put a picture of Obama between the Ayers flag-stomping photo and the commie flag wavers, with his “spread the wealth around” quote underneath.

Good! It is time for children to learn that more than one opinion is available. Conservative teachers have to recognize that people who hold left-wing ideology in their hearts have been vocal in the classroom for the past 40 years, while conservatives have followed the “rule” of respecting the classroom as being “non-political.”

The reconversion of our nation, if possible, will have to start with today’s students, just as the movement which allowed a majority of American voters to think that Obama is an acceptable choice for the most powerful position in the world, started in the 1960s.
