Not sure to believe in this “prophecy.” It is self-fulfilling. The prophet (who is to be stoned if he is a false one) can’t go wrong. If Obama is elected, then the Christians didn’t follow through with their faith. If McCain is elected, then the Christians did their duty. Duh!

But, I know that the Holy Spirit...the “innernet” has been calling on Christians around the world; telling them that this is a spiritual battle, and to get ready!
What happens tonight is solely based on God’s sovereign plan. He has established the plan from the beginning of the world and nothing will change that.
“Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure.” - Isaiah 46:10.
Remember, God even uses the wicked for his ultimate plan. If Obama wants the presidency that badly, let him have it.
“The LORD hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil.” - Proverbs 16:4

Get your households in order.
Purify yourselves and the Church – casting out apostates, wolves in sheep clothing, and those living in unrepentant sin in your midst.
Wake up – Bride of Christ – cease living as though tomorrow is just the same as yesterday.
Tell everyone of the coming wrath. If they will not listen, shake the dust off your sandals and move on quickly. Leave the “calling out” to the LORD.
Do not fear; be of great courage and boldness.
Pray for there to be ears to hear and eyes to see….the Truth. Thy Word is Truth.
Prepare the way of the LORD.
Praise the Worthy Lamb, for His Kingdom is near.
I agree with you but God has really put it on my heart that our country has been “slouching toward Gomorah” because the Church has not done its job of being the Church. Making disciples of all nations, helping the poor, standing up against wrong (pornography, abortion etc.).
I think responsibility lies in our hands. I am encouraged that there has been a remnant of believers out there that have been called to pray for this election. This election is a true spiritual war just like 2000 and 2004 but the forces of evil have cranked up the warfare this time around.
We need to continue to pray for this nation and intercede for a nation founded on Godly principles and a true beacon of light in a world that is dark.

If this nation must endure persecution in order to come to a place of revival, give us the strength to endure.
Today she sent her Obadiah 1: 15 "The day of the LORD is near for all nations. As you have done, it will be done to you; your deeds will return upon your own head.
An “ungodly president” could be referring to McCain. Don’t flame me. It’s just that I’ve never heard him proclaim his faith and that always surprised me. I thought in the POW camp he would have prayed like the dickens. But I’ve never heard him say that he did. Did I miss it?
Do they let you vote while you’re smoking that stuff?

Why would you believe God is going to the trouble of revealing to you the very same things that many of us lowly non-prophets (am I deductible now?) are also able to predict or conclude from His (already) written word?
Calling Christians to repent and reminding them how God’s WRITTEN word tells us to expect blessings when we do, is fine revival type work. It is not prophesy.
Calls to repentance are not always heeded. And calls by a true prophet never need hedging.

I will say that Obama is ungodly, and violent. We saw that in his support of Odinga in Kenya—a terrible massacre of Christians, which Obama helped to inspire and fund.
I will also say that this election depends on the Christians. That’s true. If enough Catholics and Evangelicals vote against Obama, he will lose. No other way it can happen.
We are fortunate to have been blessed with Sarah Palin. I think she is the one whose nomination has brought out the Christians, many of whom would have probably stayed home if McCain had chosen some of the other candidates that were under consideration.
The bishops have NEVER spoken out like this before, and the serious Christian pastors are speaking out now too, in defense of life. With God’s help and inspiration we will win this. And in no other way.
