Obama has only about 30% of our military supporting him. If he ever were to scam his way into becoming president, that support would likely drop even more.
Does Obama anticipate having to battle his own military—could that be part of his reason for this civilian security force?
I think that, God forbid, if something like this happened, many in the military, as well as millions of armed civilians, would make short work of any such force.

1. All military and National Guard leaders who do not swear loyalty are immediately dismissed or transferred and Obama loyalists replace them. And note: some of those loyalists are not military personnel.
2. Obama forms his national security force, but many of the Governors of the States do not recognize their police officer powers. No matter. He is in charge and has a veto proof Senate and House, and all funding for the States who oppose him is terminated. The Governors cave.
3. Obama only needs one vote on the US Supreme Court. An unfortunate accident takes out about four conservative members of the US Supreme Court and Obama packs them with loyalists. He then advances the legal theory that the 2nd Amendment does not apply to individuals but only to militias. He has the only authorized civilian militia and they are the only civilians who may possess firearms. The US Supreme court agrees and reverses Heller, stating in effect that the 2nd Amendment does not apply to individuals.

Obama went overseas to promise the “people of the world” that he would end the divide between rich and poor nations, and said, “people of the world, this is our moment, this is our time.”
