It’s too bad that Cindy McCain can’t purchase a 5 minute spot to be used post-infomerical. Keep the rebutal short and sweet.

"You won't be seeing any 30-minute ads from me on almost every network, because I can't afford them. At the beginning of this campaign, I pledged to accept public campaign funds, along with the limits that it imposed on my fundraising. Obama promised to do so, as well, then reneged on that promise. So, enjoy the show and be sure to vote for the candidate of your choice on November 4th. I'm John McCain, and I approved this message."
And now live from New York.......

The networks likely charged him as much to run a 30 second ad as they did for the zero to run a full 30 minutes. If television is like radio, then (1) no network can refuse to sell time (2) the time has to be sold for the lowest going rate.
I have a friend who's sales manager for a large group of radio stations. He said the primaries killed them b/c Obambi bought so much time which had to be sold for bottom dollar.

However, along the lines of "what McCain should say", he should also cover the illegal credit card donations, and show some screen shots of donors with names like Bin Ladin...How do we know that's a fake name? I'm just sayin...

I died laughing when I saw that. It would be just such a perfect response for the Messiah’s Grand Speech for The Ages.

I think McCain should look into the camera and say:
“The following 30 minutes will be another attempt by a narcistic elite who is trying to buy the election. As for me, I’ll be watching the World Series Pre-game on ESPN.”

Whatever McCain’s message, he better run it BEFORE the Messiah’s infomercial, since most likely 90% of the viewers will turn the channel after a few minutes.
