A few years ago, a caller to Rush's show made a comment that the political left would murder people en masse in the US, just as the political left has done in Russia, China, etc. Rush cautioned him to not say things like that because the average person would not believe it, and people would consider the speaker a kook. So saying it would be counter productive.

Of course, I usually agree with Rush, but I disagreed with that statement. I always believed that if the left ever really came to power in the US, they would be no different than Pol Pot, or Mao, or Hitler, or any of the other Lefty Thugs of History.

And I further believed that it needed to be publicly stated. If Obama wins, these could become very dangerous times. The BLT types will claim its “Payback Time”, and the WU types will think its a free-fire zone, like some sick video game.

So Ayers bombed public places and plotted the mass murder of twenty-five million Americans. Why should it bother you if it didn't bother Obama, who is way smarter than us and knows best. Ayers is just a guy from his neighborhood. And if Obama is elected, Ayers may be just a guy in his administration. Director of the FBI, perhaps.
