My concern is that O will stall until the last possible moment between Dec 15, 08 and Jan 6, 09 and then present a BC, the authenticity of which is supported by the testimony of world-class experts.
His eligibility will then be confirmed by the Congress with harp music in the background. (What else can it do?)
Whether or not the BC is counterfeit will forever be a moot point.
