This could get interesting on a level that many of us hadn’t thought of yet. To wit:
-Let’s say that Obama actually wins on Nov. 4.
-Let’s say also that this particular court case reaches its intended goal.
-According to the Constitution, the election really isn’t decided until the Electors from the several States cast their ballots.
Here’s my question: What if some states refuse to let their Electors begin voting until Obama has presented his real Certificate of Live Birth?
He can’t take the Oath on Jan. 20 if enough Electors aren’t seated and deny Obama the 270 he would need.
Yes, a remote possibility, but we never saw the 2000 snafu coming, either.
THEN WE WOULD HAVE SERIOUS RIOTING.
