I used to have a newspaper cartoon on my refrigerator....was a big fat cat (Clinton) clutching a mouse in his fist. The caption read "but I'm a MIDDLE-CLASS TAX PAYER"!

I remember BJ Clinton's "middle-class tax cut" all too well....
