He might as well have come out and said, “Obama is a muslim and I’m converting as soon as the chosen one is sworn in.”

And even Fox News is constantly saying “it’s proven that he’s not a muslim”. I think Powell just proved that he IS a muslim.

Wake up, America! You’re about to elect a muslim president only 7 years after the muslim knockded down the WTC.

Why would have have a problem with two more Supreme Court picks. Republicans picked 7 of 9 justices and the Supreme Court sucks. Republicans are notoriously stupid when they chose their picks. Democrats have only picked 2 in the 25 years. If that is Powell’s fear for McCain, he should not worry about. McCain will not pick someone FREEPERS will approve. With the Senate at super majority and McCain’s love for fairness, he will pick someone moderate at best. I sincerely hope FREEPERS realize this.

IMHO he was an Affirmative Action General because he was not bad looking, a good talker, could schmooze well with people in the right places, etc.

If J.C. Watts was on the ticket it wouldn’t be conservative. He’s the next “black consertative” to endorse the chosen one.

Sure, absolutely.... two more conservative appointments to SCOTUS would be unthinkable! I wish I had a dime for everytime I heard a Republican say these very words.....

...is there any doubt at all this man is a Democrat?

Any?

You know it has to be about race. Obambi is on record saying he will pretty much decimate the US military, will cancel anti-missile defense programs, and will unilaterally disarm. One would think that Powell, being the career military man he was, would take issue with Obambi for such a position. However, I guess Powell puts race before and above US security. He blasts Sarah Palin’s alleged “lack of experience,” yet supports someone whose experience is less than hers? And it’s not about race? Give me a break!

Powell’s first loyalty is to his race, not his country or party. That’s all it is!

THis is the truth for the majority of black people. They stick together, and color is put before ANYTHING.
Most whities don’t understand this.

There will be a lot of unemployed blacks when the military budget is slashed and they’re all kicked out of the military.

This just proves Bill Gertz was right when he appeared on Hannity and Combs last week. He said the vast majority of President Bush's staff and cabinet were "liberal Republicans", including Andrew Card and Condoleezza Rice.

But Powell's endorsement of Obama is not nearly as devastating as Senator Joe Lieberman, their Vice Presidential Candidate, endorsement of Senator McCain. He not only endorsed McCain, but also spoke at the Republican National Convention.

Now that is devastating! And that point should be hammered hard to counter any possible momentum that could arise from Powell's endorsement.

This weekend was The Farmers’ Fair weekend in little old Dillsburg, York County, PA. And last night was the annual parade, with visiting fire companies, high school bands, majorettes, antique tractors, and political floats for two hours.

I wish I could find someone who has a photo of the Obama float. The people walking with the float and handing out political materials were ALL Muslims! The women were wearing the garb, with scarves on their heads, and them en just had little touches that told you who they were. Sort of IN YOUR FACE!

This clown’s justification for his endorsement is fodder for stupid people. I can’t believe a person at his level in politics needs campaign speeches to tell him who would do what in office.

Colon Powell: Just another Afro bigot race hustler with the added distinction of being a quota baby general. From Henry the K, Bush the Elder, and the incumbent, yet another gift that keeps on giving, a persistent case of political herpes.

“This just proves Bill Gertz was right when he appeared on Hannity and Combs last week. He said the vast majority of President Bush’s staff and cabinet were “liberal Republicans”, including Andrew Card and Condoleezza Rice.”

And quite a few others. I also recall many of us being slapped around for suggesting the same thing about Powell, etc.

So it seems. A question popped into my head this morning regarding Clarence Thomas and blacks dismissing him. My question then was: What if the Republican ticket were say J.C. Watts or Michael Steele and the Democratic ticket was a couple liberal white guys? As young, 'clean' well-spoken, liberal-socialist-big-government-Marxists as Obama. Would the blacks still choose the Democrat over a conservative Republican black? As Snerdley says 'certified black enough' OR, dismiss him as a 'sell-out' Uncle Tom or whatever they use...

The answer is very clear. The blacks would vote for the dems because they will not ever allow blacks to become conservatives. They're Uncle Toms.
