I think this is a scam aimed at flooding vote officials with so much cr@p, at the last minute, that the officials are unable to do their job in an effective way. The real problem is likely to be with mail in ballots. Once those ballots are pulled from their envelopes, the trail has gone suddenly cold. And the officials, because they’re swamped with bogus schit, won’t be able to sort the wheat from the chaff in a timely manner.
