They want to build a high speed rail line from Los Angeles to San Francisco? Its STILL cheaper to fly there! No way a bullet train gets there in under 4 hours. In contrast, by air, it takes half that time to fly there. This is ONE white elephant project California does NOT need. They already have Amtrack! They need Caltrack, too now? Puhleeaze!
