If the judge rules against Obama/DNC, and they refuse or appeal to stall for time, it will be bad. The media will pick up the story then. I can't see them admitting, at that point, that they don't have the documentation because such documentation doesn't exist. They're not going to admit to the facts that meekly. They'll appeal. but that appeal will catch the attention of the media.

its like....prove that he ISN'T a real, naturalized US citizen....

to add, doesn't he have to produce a copy of his request to be a US citizen?
