Dadgum that boring debate, folks. John McCain, the mediocre shoots and misses Republican Yosemite Sam has to be dragged over the finish line. Kicking and screaming. Whether he wants it or not!

Rush...ahh...what can I say? He is my own personal Obama (in the parlance of our times...).

My request to Rush:
1) eat healthy
2) guard your back
3) wear a flak jacket
4) hire a double to shop for you
5) and by all means STAY ON THE AIR FOREVER.

It was a terrible debate. I actually fell asleep after the second question. And I was very distracted by Brokaw’s bad rug.

Yes, this one’s on the money.

We need to drag McCain into the White House, and then we need to fight him for the next four years.

That’s better than trying to fight Obama in the White House, because he won’t give a damn what we think.

Like propping up the marathoner with only steps to go;

The unseemly prospect being that while helping McCain over the finish line, we are bound to get soiled since McCain will no doubtedly “Uta Pippig” on himself and us (during and after the race.)

We’re going to have to drag Senator McCain over the finish line and then we’re going to have to deal with what he does in the Oval Office ourselves. That’s how this is going to have to work. We have to save the country from Obama and then save it and the Republican Party from whoever McCain puts in his cabinet.

Ha! My tag line is a synopsis of Rushs elegant oratory. And, he is 1000% correct.

Okay guys - here’s our chance to turn it around.

Here’s the link to Obama’s OWN WORDS as to just what he did as a Community Organizer - his connection ACORN and to the sub-prime loans that ened up with Fannie and Freddie -

Obama:
“I’ve been fighting alongside ACORN on issues you care about my entire career. Even before I was an elected official, when I ran Project Vote voter registration drive in Illinois, ACORN was smack dab in the middle of it, and we appreciate your work.” — Barack Obama, Speech to ACORN, November 2007”

He also acted as the attornery who successfully: “Obama Sued Citibank Under CRA to Force it to Make Bad Loans”

There have been reports of intimidation of bank presidents also to force them to make the NINJA loans (No income no job) and just last year said that giving sub-prime loans was a good idea.

Here we go folks. Our GIANT GOLDEN GOOSE EGG that ties Obama in his own words and court documents to the corrupt ACORN outfit and the whole mortgage mess that collapsed the economy...Those loans were shifted over to FANNY and FREDDIE - part of the reason Obama is the second highest recipient of donations from FANNY AND FREDDIE???

And in the original bill that the demRats tried to ram down our throats included giving ACORN! 140 BILLION! The republicans, in part thanks to McC going to DC and forcing the Senate to listen to the house republicans, got that cut out.

So here’s the link, folks, to the proof that Obama was “smack dab in the middle of all of it.” This should answer a lot of questions about who was working hand in glove with the gang that sank the economy.

SEnd this link to all our regulars, starting with Hannity -
and let Obama try to wiggle out of his own words.

Remember the formula of the networks: The office people that screen the emails only pass them on when they get X-amount on a given subject.

So this is OUR part - WE the PEOPLE - in protecting our freedoms.

oreilly@foxnews.com

ElRushbo@eibnet.com

ontherecord@foxnews.com

me@glennbeck.com

and the McC/Sarah campaign at:

info@McCainPalinVictory2008.com

Be sure to add your name and town and email - or they won’t read them.

IMPORTANT when emailing. they won’t read mass emails - SO,

put just one email add in the “to” line then click on BBC at the end of that line. a BCC line will open just above subject line. copy paste the rest of the addresses in there and each recipient will see ONLY their name - and in the subject line make reference to ___________________

Let’s make it happen. This is our part in protecting our freedoms = WE THE PEOPLE - we act now or get ready for Jack Boots and Brown Shirts...Obama already has his personal police force plans ready

copy the email addresses for use for the rest of the campaign

I don't disagree with Rush very often but I am this time.

What I saw was a John McCain who looked people in the face and answered their questions directly without shouting or interrupting The Chosen One. Obama acted like he was mailing this one in. I don't think that impressed the undecided.

McCain tied Obama to Fannie and Freddie early on. I think he won the tax debate. He even made a joke about Osama not answering questions while McCain spoke clearly and directly.

Boring. It depends if you were looking for information or a fight. Remember that you have to win over the undecideds now and that was what this town hall was geared towards.

As far as Brokejaw. I won't defend him. The only fair interviewer would have been Brit Hume and maybe one or two others.

All in all I thought McCain cleaned his clock. Polling data in about 3-4 days should tell although I don't trust them. We should see some "tightening".

You may disagree with what I've said but I'm not going to debate this all night. These are my opinions. You can have your own.

We were awake long enough to hear this portion of the *debate* [rehash of stump speechs] ... Rush nails it here and it needs to be said loud and clear:

"We all need to make sacrifices now because our better days are over, so we all have to give up something. That's not what we have to do. We need, with all that's going on, to go out and work even harder to produce even more. And we can, we have done it throughout our entire existence. The whole notion of American exceptionalism does not exist in the minds of Barry Obama and all of his supporters on the left, both in the Democrat Party and the media. American exceptionalism, growth, economic opportunity. We're going to come out of this slide that we're in at some point; we always do. We're gonna grow through the roof again, unless we have somebody in the White House whose express purpose is to redesign the functioning of this country."

Obama may not have been all that great, but he looked smooth. He looked debonair. He looked like the guy standing in the corner at the cocktail party with the cigarette looking at everybody walking by condemning them, making jokes, putting them down and so forth. Yes, he's cool, calm, and collected."

A very apt description

Charlie Black, who has been around Republican presidential politics as long as I've been doing this show and probably longer, he's a McCain aide, you know what he told the New York Times, Dawn? Did you hear McCain's $300 billion idea last night for mortgages? Buy 'em directly, the Treasury secretary to buy these mortgages? Charlie Black, you know who he credited as having come up with this idea? Hillary Clinton. So McCain's number one fundraiser financial advisor is out there crediting Hillary Clinton in the New York Times, at least the way he's quoted, crediting Hillary Clinton for McCain's mortgage idea. I knew it sounded like a communist idea when I heard it. Now I know why. It has roots with Mrs. Clinton.

Birds of a feather and all that...

Rush is the reason we won in 94 and it would behoove Obambi to get him and Hannity and Beck and Laura and Mark off the air pronto.
The only way these guys can win is if they shut down the debate and clear the field, like what they're doing now by calling everyone that doesn't bow before “the one” racist and unpatriotic.

Rush will be our lifeline for the next two years.
