Sorry, not following your logic on that one. I think dropping oil prices will boost the consumer economy by putting more money in commuter wage earner’s pockets, but don’t see it as having all that much to do with real estate investment.
Re #34, True, but slow to happen.....job losses mounting and food has practically doubled in 3 years. Wages for the blue collar earner have been flat for a long while.
