************* OIL********************************

will save the markets.....This should inspire Clint to hit the photo buckets but oil will save the markets....

..as oil drops slowly ,gas becomes affordable all the way down to 1.97....hide and watch.......Why ?

An opportunity to grab capital on the fence in housing.

Remember while properties were defaulted on,those houses, apts, and mini strip m
alls still exist, still below fair mkt values w/ upgrades tax deductable. That’s a good thing.

These properties will flip several times up to fair mkt vales and generate tax and civilain income ,that will happen

Oil as it drops will get America back to work and allow companies to afford “ another hand”.

Two reasons oil will fill the steps to an upward economy, fair markets and aint no way the middle east is gonna let T. Bugger Picker get those windmills off the ground.
would you if the robe was on the other back?

Oil : as gas drops work returns but for 18 months ain’t no one buying cars and trucks. Those cars and trucks are broke and need replacing.

Car manufactors got a 25 billion loan and have hybrid tech now too.

When oil pushes the auto industry back to a sustained profession and business get this.......for every car sold,9 people go to work. Insurance, roads, signs, accessories and a road to recovery.

When ? You will see proof in 30 days and everyone else will see proof in 60 days. Democrats talked down the economy to the nub as needed, it ain’t needed anymore. They invest too and someone is gonna take credit for the above comments. The democrats think they get to tell that story

I thought I heard somewhere (maybe CNBC) that oil demand is down significantly in China now that the Olympics are over.
