This is the kind of the b.s. moral & political equivalence that the Demagogues and MSM rely upon. There is NO comparison between a "truth squad" that simply provides information, counters opposition criticisms, etc. and a "truth squad" that utilizes legal intimidation via LEOs and prosecutors threatening prosecution to silence opposition.

What has happened in Missouri is that they are threatening PROSECUTION against those whom they say are “lying” about Obama....

And the standard for "abuse" is actually much less than that.

All they have to do is make a comment which a "reasonable person" could interpret as threatening prosecution.

If any one of them mentioned "Missouri's ethics laws", I think the whole gang could conceivably be thrown out of office and disbarred. I don't know where the reporter would have gotten that if it wasn't from one of the subjects.
