No biblical evidence to support it. There has been a lot of speculation, but most Christian scholars believe the anti-Christ will most likely come from Europe, and will have mass appeal on the world stage. The misinterpretation from your friend comes from Rev 12. The child seen here is actually the new birth of Israel (a national conversion to Christianity) during the Great Tribulation. Rev 13 describes the Antichrist coming on the stage, miraculously by the power of Satan, working miracles, etc.
Also, the rapture of the church hasn’t happened, and there is zero scriptural evidence that he will be revealed until 3.5 years after rapture.
