If this opens up the areas formerly off limits, then the oil companies should start slamming oil wells down as fast as they can drill, before the left comes up with a bunch of liberal federal judges to stop it.

If this opens up the areas formerly off limits, then the oil companies should start slamming oil wells down as fast as they can drill It will take a couple of years to compete everything necessary to offer up the area to companies for leasing. Drilling will not start anytime soon.
