McCain sounded very centrist and as exciting as dishwater. This equivocation of equally blaming Bush and “congress”, not the democrats, especially Obama’s buddies Raines and Johnson for this financial debacle, is just weak. He looks old in this interview. Obama and his empty talk, looks invigorated. The McCain campaign needs to crush this guy and stop with all this bipartisan lame talk.
Lead, Senator McCain!!!

Wrong! When McCain attacked both Bush and the Congress on the mismanagement of the financial debacle, he specifically said that the Dems have controlled congress for the last two years. So he did pin the blame on both Bush and the Democrats.

IT'S not up to him to defend W!! W never fought back but took it on the cheek as a badge of honor or hide behind our skirts. NO I blame W because he had the bully pit to hit back and he chose not to..HE DIDN'T LEAD and I don't blame McCain for not DEFENDING HIM!! Bush should have come out with both barrels blazing this past week instead he gave excuses instead of CRUCIFYING the RATS. He had planty of ammo to have KILLED the rats once and for all, but chose not too because he wanted a bipartisan kiss, kiss huggy relationship with the SNAKES at the hill!!

,p>He will, if elected...but it is a mighty big "if" due entirely because we have been entirely "leaderless" for the past 8 years. Bush has made it almost impossible for any Republican this election, 'course I suppose he still has you, Rush, and a whopping 28 percent approval of other citizens to ride into the legacy books.
