I was surprised at how far up the Mississippi and Ohio rivers Tropical storm Ike went. This morning I was again surprised that a High had rolled in a the temps in the northern latitudes were in the 80's and 90's .
When I was younger, this was called an Indian Summer.
(School really sucked then....... we wished we were playing out side.....but it still sucked when the snows came for the same reason.)
