I saw on that nasty perezhilton.com site a couple of weeks ago that the band Heart is putting out a cease and desist order for the campaign not to play the “Barracuda” song...seems like that washed out band would like the attention and they might even sell some songs on Itunes or something...

I'm pretty sure the campaign never played that song.

They are just trying to get attention with a faux law suit.

Several are playing “Barracuda” from some Cover Band ... if ASCAP and BMI fees are PAID... they can’t complain.
