Fauxbama never had a chance to win, but I’m glad I get to watch this schlub meltdown.
VA, FL and OH were never in play. ANY STATE, and I DO MEAN ANY STATE where Fauxbama was not up by at least 5 prior to the DNC Convention, he will lose, period. (No, not the RNC convention, the DNC CONVENTION) Anywhere that had him up by 5-8 is a battleground state, and many of those will break for McCain by election day.
The pundents and pollsters only determine “battleground” based on what the poll numbers say, but the idea that VA, OH or FL, let alone NC and SC like some were claiming, were ever remotely going to go Fauxbama is laughable.
There is no way Fauxbama can win the EC vote, even if he picks up CO, IA and NM (IA is only in fauxbamas court due to McCains long record of opposing ethanol subsidies) that’s only a net gain of 21. But PA, WI and MI are going to fall, I see no way Fauxbama keeps all 3 or those, at least 2 will break for McCain by election day and that’s a total on the low end of 27 and on the high end of 38, depending on which 2 he loses.
2004 286 Bush, 251 Kerry.
2008 Faubama picks up 21 if he can hold all states Kerry got and pick up CO, NM and IA he’s at 272, enough to win. However, I don’t see any way he picks up all three of those, and the way MI, PA and WI look right now, I see no way he’s going to carry all 3 of those. He can’t lose any of them and win, even if only the smallest of them falls, WI at 10 EC votes, that puts him at 241+21=262 and a loss.
The dems should have this election in the bag, and they put up the weakest inept rediculous joke of a candidate ever, and its going to cost them and cost them big time.
Basically we’ll know by the time the polls close in WI who the next president is, if PA, WI or MI go McCain, there is no way Fauxbama can win. If he holds all three of those, and then If he doesn’t carry IA, NM or CO, he can’t win. 2 of them isn’t enough, he must take all 3, and hold every state Kerry had to win, and I just don’t see it happening.
I also would keep my eye on WA, due to the 2004 hanky panky and theft of the governorship there, I’d say there’s a lot of outrage on the ground there.. I’m not saying it will flip, but I would not write it off.
But yer honor, McCain/Palin have really gone up 20 points from before the Senator announced her and are now 12 ahead of Nobama and strident Biden Just how long is the jury, the American voter, going to swallow the flashy fake smiles, double talk, and the endless smoke screened lies?
