The book Holy Blood Holy Grail which was published in the early ‘80’s led me astray for almost 3 decades.
I swallowed that sewage hook, line & sinker.
But fortunately the Heavenly Father didn’t give up on me and I finally came to my senses just shy of 18 months ago.
I pray the same for Johnny Depp and others in Hollywood.

both of these films also suggest a proposition that most Christians find incredibility offensive—that Jesus fathered children. Gay marriage - THAT's offensive. Jesus having children is just inaccurate.

Don't look for the highest in quality for all the films, but Amazing Grace was quite good.

In many of his homilies, St. John Chrysostom (c. 385 AD) condemned the pagan theatres and urged Christians to stay away from them. This tends to sound quite prudish to modern ears (mine included) but perhaps he has a point.

I get so tired of this garbage. I just finished reading a spy story by Christopher Reichs, a fairly reputable thriller writer. Needless to say, the villains turned out to be ... guess who, the US government, manipulated by those EEEEEVIL CHRISTIANS. Christians are the automatic villains in any modern story or film.
