“The speech that [Alaska] Gov. Palin made was well delivered, but it was written by George Bush’s speechwriter and sounds exactly like the same divisive, partisan attacks we’ve heard from George Bush for the last eight years,” said Bill Burton, the campaign spokesman for Sen. Barack Obama.

“If Gov. Palin and John McCain want to define ‘change’ as voting with George Bush 90 percent of the time, that’s their choice, but we don’t think the American people are ready to take a 10 percent chance on change.”

This is beyond weak. We know your talking points, Einstein. Can you actually address her comments about a lack of legisalation passed, community organizers, bitter clingers, georgia, the surge yada yada? Didn’t think so.

That’s a hoot!

Democrats complaining about divisiveness...

They can rant, rave and spew and when a little comes their way they whine... Well suck it up, you’re going down.

So where has the community organizer brought parties together?

Name an instance.

I’ll wait here.

"divisive" attacks by President Bush

Boy, are they scared.

Talk about groping to keep up with their little plan that their pointy-headed widdle libbie think (?) tank thought up.

I almost posted a vanity tonight about President Bush. Remember the great sendoff the 2000 convention gave to Clinton? Bush deserves a lot more than what he is getting. Yes, yes, he's flawed, and the economy is undergoing a rough phase now, though not the tragedy the dems are claiming.

I will always remember Bush not for the childish "Jorge" crap slung here, but for speaking at Ground Zero with that bullhorn, for telling Clinton and Schumer they'd get everything they needed (even Schumer's staff admitted Bush kept this word, even though the senators got all the credit for it) for New York, for his correct decision to attack Iraq, for his two incredible SCOTUS picks, for his pushing hard to get New Orleans evacuated while Nagin and what's-her-name fiddled...

Sure, he's done things I don't approve of, I just think he deserves more than what he's getting as a send-off.

What BS. Bush's major communication flaw is his insistence on being so nice to democrats who call him a fascist.

And what are Gov. Palin’s poll numbers in her home state where she actually works for all the people of the state??????

I don’t think Governor Palin is the divider. She seems to do very well bringing people together. And what has Comm. Org. Obama brought together and accomplished?

Biden roasts McCain though and that’s not divisive. Ok then.

When I think of all the vicious, demented attacks the Demagogues make all the time, every day, they sure do have a “nerve” to whine about “divisive” attacks.

That should be one of the response points, that the Demagogues are just WHINING and WHIMPERING because a tough, no-nonsense woman just thrashed them inside out tonight.

That’s contrary to what a number of pundits said on CNN just after her speech. I counted (4) times they said or implied that Palin “hit it out of the park”. I and my wife were stunned. We purposefully switched to CNN after Palin to see what their reaction would be. Even Campbell Brown (sp) was complimentary.
