In some ways the R convention delay will just continue the McPalin build up....everyone will be digging to find out more about her and that will be a good thing.”

Ironic that I just got on here and received your reply of early this morning. Well, as of this evening, is it a good thing? Seriously, though, the “news” about her daughter’s pregnancy is, imo, NO news. She and her boyfriend intend to marry and, most importantly, keep the baby.

I just really want the repubs to have their proper, deserved convention with wonderful speakers and glory moments as the dems had - these conventions are important and when the public really starts watching - proven statistics - right after conventions are when MOST Independents then decide who they’re going to vote for. And conventions also are when the candidates really get introduced in greater depth to voters - in Palin’s case, this is particularly important, since most people didn’t have a clue as to she was, or is.
